Yasaman came to Living Well as our Clinical Team Lead after working as a nurse in long-term care, acute care, and sub-acute care. She loves the positive feedback she often hears from clients and their families, as well as the CHWs and the rest of the Living Well staff. When Yasaman isn’t working you’ll find her exploring two of her passions: playing a variety of musical instruments.
