We’re hiring experienced caregivers to support seniors living in North and West Vancouver
We are a leader in Accredited Home Support services on Vancouver’s North Shore. We are a unionized environment and are currently seeking CASUAL Community Health Workers (Hourly and Live-In) to join our team.
Living Well Home Care supports seniors to live with dignity in the place they call home whether that’s a private residence, assisted living facility, nursing care facility or local hospital.
Under the direction of the Nursing Care Manager, our CHWs provide home care services to seniors and their families including: assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, medication reminders, accompaniment to appointments, and other vital health maintenance functions as established in each clients’ individualized care plan.
We have casual positions for caregivers with the following experience and qualifications:
Certification as a home care aide or proof of completion of an appropriate health program from another country (Nursing Degree), or in good standing with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification
Valid work permit
Tuberculosis Skin Test Result / Chest X-Ray
