As our communities grow and change and home care standards improve, so does the work of our caregivers. Living Well Home Care has developed an Education Program that promotes client-centered care and professional development for the staff.

CAREGIVER EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT

As part of our commitment to promoting excellent care, Living Well Home Care offers educational in-services to its caregivers to help guide their decision making abilities, improve knowledge and upgrade caregivers’ skills. All caregivers are required and paid to attend at least two educational in-services each year.

Educational program topics are chosen through survey feedback, our Community Needs Assessment and related health care developments. Our Education Consultant takes great care in developing workshops that focus on client-centered care and professional development for the staff.
